Damage and Refund Policy:

* If an entire order is damaged, a full refund will be issued, including the product cost, shipping, and packaging.

* For multi-item orders, refunds cover only the damaged items. (Shipping and handling are refunded only if all items are affected.)

  • Single-item orders will be fully refunded if the plant arrives damaged.
